The versatile receiver can be worn as a wrist watch, on a carabiner, or on a lanyard for maximum flexibility. A wireless radar speed module, which clips to your belt or attaches to leg via a strap, transmits maximum and average speed in miles per hour and kilometers per hour to the digital display of the wrist-top monitor. It measures average ground speed, maximum speed, pace, distance, total distance, and elapsed trip time. The advanced stopwatch provides intermediate or lap time measurements and has a 50-record storage capacity. Other features include calorie counter (cross-country mode only), alternate time zone setting, time with day/date/month/year settings, backlight with three-second delay, and water resistance to 10 meters (30 feet). It will also work with an optional Silva heart rate monitor (sold separately).
